If you have received a recent palliative diagnosis, or are living with a palliative condition, we can support you. A palliative diagnosis is one that is life limiting. We also provide support for your loved ones and carers.
We will listen and respond to you, respecting your individual needs and wishes.
Care and support is available at our Hospices in Basildon and Thurrock, out in the community, at your home and in care homes. To provide the best care for you, we will work together with other health and social care professionals and those already supporting you.

There are many reasons why time spent on the In-Patient Unit might be right for you; for respite, support with your symptoms, help with pain management or for some time to put things in place to return home. Our Hospice in Basildon also provides end of life care. Read more
