  1. Your care

Your care

If you have received a recent palliative diagnosis, or are living with a palliative condition, we can support you. A palliative diagnosis is one that is life limiting. We also provide support for your loved ones and carers.

We will listen and respond to you, respecting your individual needs and wishes.

Care and support is available at our Hospices in Basildon and Thurrock, out in the community, at your home and in care homes.  To provide the best care for you, we will work together with other health and social care professionals and those already supporting you.

Call our team today to discuss how we can best support you on 01268 524 973 or on our 24/7 OneResponse advice and support telephone line 01268 526 259.

All of our services are provided free of charge. As a registered charity we rely on the generosity of our community to ensure we can continue to provide care; where and when it is needed the most.

At St. Luke's Hospice we want to ensure that everyone in our community can access the support and care they need.
