Terms and Conditions - Blue Heart Purchase Purchasing your St. Luke's Hospice heart: A limited number of aluminium blue hearts are available to purchase on a first come first served basis. Each custom-made St. Luke's Hospice Heart is formed of a blue aluminium heart (10cm wide) and an aluminium stake hook (40cm tall, 0.3cm diameter). Collecting your St. Luke's Hospice heart: If you have opted to collect your heart/s, you will be able to collect them from the Thurrock Hospice (St. Luke's Hospice, Farriers Way, Bulphan, RM14 3EB) from Monday 13th July between 9am – 5pm. Collections available Monday to Friday between 9:00am - 5:00pm from the Thurrock Hospice reception only [no appointment necessary]. Receiving your St. Luke's Hospice heart: If you opted to have your heart/s posted to you, they will be posted to the address as provided when purchasing your heart/s. For postage to apply, you must have selected this option when purchasing your heart/s and paid the postage charge. Your heart/s will be sent by second class post from 13th July.
