In September 2025, we were officially awarded Disability Confident Leader accreditation, the highest level within the UK Government’s Disability Confident scheme. This recognition, approved by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and independently verified by one of our valued community partners, reflects our ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive, accessible and supportive workplace for disabled colleagues and applicants. 

Becoming a Disability Confident Leader demonstrates that we not only meet the national standard for inclusive employment practices but actively champion them. It affirms our dedication to removing barriers, improving recruitment and retention, and driving continuous improvement across our charity.
