Light up a life

Light up a Life is a chance to come together as a community to celebrate those we hold close in our hearts. Even if the person you are remembering wasn't supported by the Hospice, by coming together to remember someone special, you can also help ensure St. Luke’s Hospice can continue providing specialist palliative and end of life care for local people and families when they need it most.

As part of your Light up a Life donation and dedication you can:

Make an online dedication to your loved one including their name, a personal message and photo
Dedicate a song to your loved one on our special radio dedication show
Join us at a remembrance event
Share your loved ones name on our public display of dedications
Include your loved ones name in our special Light up a Life remembrance book
Purchase a Light up a Life pin badge

Remembrance Book

Names of loved ones received from donations made through Light up a Life 2025 have been included in our special Light up a Life 2025 remembrance book. The book will be kept at the Hospice and will be available for viewing by appointment from June 2026.
