Support your Hospice Donating to our shops How to donate your pre-loved items to our shops Your valuable donations help St. Luke’s Hospice continue providing palliative and end of life care to local people and their families. If you would like to donate items, we ask that you please call your nearest shop or our Warehouse (01268 522741 or [email protected]) in advance as they will be able to tell you how many items they are able to accept at that time. Doing this will allow us to make the donation process as smooth as possible for you and our shop staff and volunteers. If you are eligible to Gift Aid your donations, you can complete a Gift Aid declaration form when making your donation to your chosen shop and we can claim an extra 25% on top of the value of your donated items that we are able to sell. For large furniture items, we offer a free collection service. All collections are carried out at the driver’s discretion. This means the driver will assess your item(s) on arrival to confirm whether they can be accepted. We recommend receiving a decision ahead of time to ensure we’re able to accept and transport your donation. Please email clear photographs of the items to [email protected] before your collection date. Find out more about our collection service here.
